Mindful pet care for Cats, Dogs, Birds, Fish, Reptiles, and Caged Pets
Founded in 2016, The Mindful Pet is a woman-owned, insured and bonded pet sitting company, created by a mama with veterinary experience. Your pets can relax while enjoying their usual daily routines in the comforts of your own home, and so can you - we use a Client Portal and follow the things most important to you. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with both pets and their owners by being mindful of the details. While away, you'll also receive prompt communication, and Report Cards with photos and GPS maps of walks after each and every visit.

Cierra is a lifelong animal lover with a unique understanding of them. She has prior veterinary experience and has been working with pets for over a decade now. In her time away from The Mindful Pet, she is a mama of 3, a yoga teacher, loves reading, gardening, creating, cooking, and anything outdoors.
Aaron has been with The Mindful Pet since 2022. He is a compassionate animal lover and excellent caretaker. During his time outside of pet sitting, he’s a web developer, dad of 3, he loves spending time outside, making and listening to music, running, and enjoying great food around Austin.
Stacy has 17 years of pet sitting experience. She's amazing with animals, her communication is upbeat and delightful, and she is someone I truly trust to care for my clients. You'll love having her as a part of your family!
