Meet & Greet
We can get to know each other in a few ways: At your home (great for shy pets), via Zoom or Facetime (so we can just chat about the important things), or for easy-going pets with straight-forward care, we're happy to skip it and follow your detailed instructions from your portal. If you choose to meet, we will learn your routines at this visit, and make sure we've understood everything you filled into your portal. We'll go over where their food and water is kept, where cleaning supplies are, commands you use, get a key if you use one, and learn what security measures you'd like us to use. Please review our FAQ page and let us know if you have any questions after, we're happy to answer anything you need.

This isn't just a quick check-in, every Sit & Stay is intentional. Your pet gets fresh food and water, a potty break, litter box scooping, medication, and dedicated mindful attention from someone who truly loves your pets. Meanwhile, your home gets the care it needs too. We turn lights on and off, adjust window coverings, collect mail and packages, drip faucets during cold snaps, water your plants, and take out the trash - so your home never looks or feels vacant while you're gone. We wrap up every Sit & Stay with a Report Card full of photos and videos, and we stay in open communication with you the whole time. Mindful Walks
& Tailwind Runs
A tired dog is a good dog. They'll get the potty break, exercise, and enrichment they need, while receiving undivided attention from a close-knit team that loves spending time with your dog. Choose either a Mindful Walk around the neighborhood to stop and smell the roses, or for dogs needing to burn more energy, our marathon runner, Aaron, will take them for a more face-paced Tailwind Run. We send a Report Card full of photos, videos, and a GPS map of our route.
🐾 Most of our dog walking clients take advantage of our Weekly Dog Walk Packages. Whether you work from home, have a long commute, or are on vacation, your pup will thank you for hiring a dedicated person for them. 🐾

Companion Care & Slumber Parties
Companion Care and overnight Slumber Parties are packed with plenty of play and snuggles during these longer visits, along with fresh food and water, a potty break, litter box scooping, and dedicated mindful attention from someone who loves your pets. Meanwhile, your home gets the care it needs too. We turn lights on and off, adjust window coverings, collect mail and packages, drip faucets during cold snaps, water your plants, and take out the trash - so your home never looks or feels vacant while you're gone. We wrap up every slumber party with a Report Card full of photos and videos, and we stay in open communication with you the whole time. * Our focus is on the 15-30 minute Sit & Stay, so sitter availability may be limited for longer Companion Care and Slumber Parties. Please send us a message and we would be happy to discuss!

Add-ons
✓ We don't charge for cancellations, weekends, last minute bookings or schedule changes. Life happens, we're flexible.
+$5 for each additional pet.
+$17 checkins for homes with no pets.
+$10 for large garden watering requiring extra time. We will happily water indoor and porch plants free of charge.
+$55 Per Hour for large saltwater or freshwater tank cleaning and maintenance.
+$10 for complex medications requiring extra time/skill, ie: injections, or pills administered to a cranky pal.
+$10 for visits needed outside of regular business hours.
+$15 for travel outside of regular service areas.
+$10 on major holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Spring Break weekend, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
